 The Services of Vehicle is not included on leisure days & after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the
Itinerary.
 Guide fee, Camera fee & any monument Entrances
 Medical & Travel insurance
 Any changes you may choose to make during your tour.
 Additional costs due to flight cancellation, roadblocks etc.

PAYMENT TERMS: –
 50% advance at the time of booking confirmation
 50% balance 30 days prior to the travel date.
 In case the booking is made within 30 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of
confirmation.

Cancellation Policy & Terms

 Prior to 45 days or more – 30% of tour cost
 Between 44 and 31 days of departure – 45% of tour cost
 Between 30 and 15 days of departure – 60% of tour cost
 Between 14 days and 10 prior to date of departure – 75%
 Between 10 days and In case of no show – 100%
 NIL cancellation charges will be applied should any one of the actual travelers’ tests COVID
positive within 72 hours prior to departure (Only Credit Note will be issued)
 The Traveller will have to furnish a COVID positive report dated within 72 hours prior to
departure as a proof of illness.
 The amount can be converted into a credit note for the full value with a validity of 12 Months.

All our packages are customizable except Fixed Departures.

Guests are requested to have every discussion in written as verbal communications will not be entertained.

The packages offered by The Travellers India can be customized according to guest’s wish.

To ensure smooth services, Company can also make alternations in the tour. The reasons for such changes can

be acts of god, technical problems, sudden service issues, government policies or any other similar situation.

Package will not be considered booked until advance amount have not been received by us.

Travel dates of DND (Date not decided) packages should be affirmed within 3 Months of invoice issuance date.

Delays may lead to certain inconveniences.

Hotels, Room Category, and Vehicle Type. No additional cost will be levied for such upgrades and this exciting

news will be shared with you either before or during the trip.
